It is with emotion and excitement that I write this memo to inform you that effective September 1st I retired from my daily operational duties as EPI’s Chief Executive Officer. I am now in a consultative role to support Brian Burke in his position as our President. Additionally, as a shareholder, I will remain active on our Board of Directors.
