I would like to know how Alpha Stim works for endorphin stimulation.
On Wikipedia is described:

...that CES treatment promotes an increase in endorphins; but scientists
remain unsure why this occurs.

....a doctor said that Alpha Stim 100 is an endorphin stimulator and
that the 0.5 Hz is for relaxation and 1.5 Hz more for stimulation (both
through endorphin stimulation).

....is nothing described how the endorphin production will be stimulated.
On other websites I've read that the frequency of 100 Hz CES will
stimulate endorphin production. And on an other website 0.5 to 4.0 Hz...
Can someone explain how or if Alpha Stim 100 will stimulate endorphin
production and which frequency is the best?
