For: Pain
I have been using the Alpha-Stim for my wife Michele, both for pain control prior to her surgery (a Branchial Cleft cyst in her neck) and afterwards; it worked like a charm. I taught Electro-Acusope seminars in the late 1980′s to early 1990′s for Jerry Fisher’s outfit. I also taught Physical Medicine at the South West College of Naturopathic Medicine in the 1990′s, and that included teaching the class in Therapeutic Modalities so I’m fairly well versed in the different modes of electronic treatment devices both macro and microcurrent. As an Electro-Acuscope user since 1984, I worked on thousands of patients and conditions in that time. I’m surprised at how fast and easy the Alpha-Stim is to use vs. the Acuscope and at how much better it works at relieving pain. (You can make a testimonial out of that)! The cyst and its tendrils were attaching themselves to the SCM muscle at the front of the neck, the mastoid at the back of the skull and trying to strangle the vagus nerve that runs the heart and lungs. Working both point probes and pads at origin and insertion of the SCM, the dermatomes and the surgical wound itself has worked wonders.
