I have tried relaxation techniques, but my anxiety was so intense it did little. I have been on many medications, including popular ones such as Prozac, Paxil, Effexor, and Luvox. With any of the given medications, I either noticed zero improvements or became worse. I went to a therapist and that was just a waste of money.
