I started to feel better about myself and started doing things at home that I have had a hard time doing. One day my truck burned up and the Alpha-Stim went with it. At that time I realized how much it helped me because now I do not have it and I regressed into a state of exclusion where I stay in my house not wanting to leave. My depression and anxiety returned.
