View More TestimonialsI have had neck and back problems for years as a result of lifting injuries in my job as a nurse. My chiropractor’s diagnosis is chronic cervical sprain with associated myofascitis.
I go to my chiropractor regularly for adjustments, but often the muscle spasms quickly pull me out of alignment. I have tried a number of things over the years to keep the spasms down–yoga, stretching and exercise, and antispasmodic drugs, which leave me groggy and cause rebound tightness. My chiropractor started using the Alpha-Stim CS on me for 20 minute treatments in his office and I always felt much better after this, and wished that I could wear the unit for more than the brief office visit. I finally got my own Alpha-Stim CS, and it makes a big difference. After a night of lifting at work, I am often left with spasms in my neck and back. Now I come home and use my Alpha-Stim CS–it decreases my spasms and relaxes me all over. I get restful sleep without any medicine, and wake up without any grogginess. I use the unit while doing stretching exercises and end up with looser muscles and less pain. I also find that my chiropractic adjustments hold for longer periods with regular use of the Alpha-Stim CS. It is also very effective for my headaches from eye strain and computer use. I especially like the ear clips–they induce a meditative state.
It is a wonderfully versatile healing tool, and I use it with great respect and appreciation.
