As a fibromyalgic, I suffer poor sleep and concomitant pain most of the time. Just ten minutes an evening wearing the Alpha-Stim® ear-clip seemed to improve my sleep to five to six hours per night from the one to three I had been getting. (I believe it elevated my mood somewhat, too.)
